Reservations & Cancellations

To guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time, it is recommended that you reserve your spa experience at least one week in advance. Of course walk-ins and last minute appointments are always welcome, depending on availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice for single spa services, 48 hours for multiple spa services and packages, and 7 days notice for the cancellation of small groups. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full.

Attire

During your spaethos experience a secure cabinet will be allocated for your personal effects in the changing area. For your comfort a generous sized spa robe and slippers are provided. All of our therapists and technicians are professionally trained in discreet linen draping techniques to ensure your comfort and ease at all times.
